About Our Business
Kingstowne Manor was established in 1969. There are 9 main buildings consisting of a
total of 65 condominium units. There is a clubhouse with a heated pool that opens
Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Our two newly elected officers for 2009 are Eileen Kruse and Peggy Malloy. Each have
two year terms. Jim Burke has also been re-elected for another two years.
Elections are held each year at the Annual Meeting.
